Quality Assurance Program
Creoal internalizes all elements of our management framework to support the quality objectives of our delivery services. Quality has been a defining characteristic of Creoal’s culture since our founding. Creoal will employ the complete set of management techniques in our methodology approaches to monitor and maximize quality. Applying the these approaches to the objectives of each assigned SeaPort-e task, Creoal will develop a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) that defines key performance metrics, roles and responsibilities, incentives and disincentives, surveillance methods, problem resolution procedures, and the process for changing the QASP. In addition, we will develop a Quality Control Plan (QCP) that defines the processes that we will use to monitor and enforce compliance with QASP measures and commitments. The QCP provides a planned and systematic approach to the evaluation of the quality of and adherence to product standards, processes, and procedures, to deliver quality performance and compliance with all contractual requirements, including security and information assurance requirements.
