E-Business Suite

Creoal’s 10+ years of expertise implementing and managing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) delivers results that help organizations and their users get the most from their ERP investments. Creoal provides the right combination of Oracle EBS application experience and current knowledge to architect, implement, integrate, upgrade, or optimize Oracle EBS installations. We specialize in Oracle EBS Release 12 Accelerator Implementations, upgrades for 11.5.10 and R12, and EBS optimization by our Business Flow Experts. Our Oracle-certified EBS consultants work across all industries and disciplines, providing everything from in-depth strategic insight to hands-on support.

ERP Implementation & Upgrades

We are now in the third generation of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) applications and implementations, and Creoal encourages and supports our clients in deploying the latest industry best practices and technologies. For both On-premise and SaaS ERP implementations, we base our approach on modern methodologies that rely on significant pre-configured applications and/or Accelerators as the starting point for an iterative deployment approach.

We recommend conducting Business Process Analysis from the “inside-out,” defaulting to what is already supported by the application before moving to alternatives. Without this understanding, process analyses may result in unrealistic expectations or false starts. As part of our approach, we vet all functional “gaps”, prioritize them, and propose solutions. We gain approval before moving to develop, test, and deploy the approved solution.

Operations & Maintenance

The third generation of ERP implementations not only refers to software but to Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support. Here, too, we encourage clients to seek and employ industry best practices, though there are fewer examples of structured methods for handling application support than for the initial implementation.

Most organizations initially retained their implementation partners for initial transition and support, but were then motivated by high rates to reduce overall costs for O&M. The mix of resources and support tools are different in the support phase from those employed in the implementation, which implies lower cost. However, despite lower rates, costs did not necessarily decrease as desired. To address this concern, Creoal’s framework for ERP operations and support focuses on standardizing processes and practices, removing redundancies, and leveraging efficiencies to produce lower overall costs, not just lower rates. Our goal is to improve productivity while reducing labor costs, in part by redistribution of labor to higher-value activities, e.g. new development.

Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)

Creoal is at the forefront of leveraging Hyperion solutions to expand Oracle’s Business Intelligence capabilities and extend the value of existing Hyperion investments for legacy users. Oracle acquired Hyperion in 2007, and Hyperion forms the basis of Oracle’s Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) capabilities.

Creoal’s life cycle view of grants management allows us to solve immediate problems while maintaining a long-term strategic view of our clients’ needs and objectives.
