Challenge

This international firm, which is focused on providing direct lending solutions to middle market companies, implemented Oracle Cloud Financials in 2017 but had received little training for maintenance of the environment, both functional configuration and user administration.

Solution

Creoal was engaged to provide a Health Check of the production environment and identify/implement areas for improvement. The client then selected Creoal to provide ongoing Customer Support Desk services to provide as-needed functional and technical support services in the Production environment.

Benefits

Creoal implemented relevant COA hierarchies and COA Segment Security, improving reporting capabilities at the sub-ledger level. We also introduced new functionality such as AP invoice and payment approval processes, and automated ACH and Wire payments, which delivered additional efficiency, controls, and more accurate reporting.
