Challenge
The organization’s existing ERP system was outdated, inefficient, and unsupported. Business units operating on separate databases had unique setups and lacked standardization. The system provided limited reporting and required inefficient, manual reconciliations.
Solution
Creoal implemented Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, Purchasing, Project Costing, Inventory, Order Management, and Planning & Budgeting, which involved 17 data conversions and 60+ inbound and outbound integrations between Cloud ERP and third-party systems.

Creoal standardized processes and data sets across several government installations; eliminated numerous points of failure; streamlined integration processing; and improved sub-ledger reporting capabilities.
