A government agency was using manual processes and offline reporting, resulting in lack of auditability/traceability of important financial information. The client wanted proper accounting of its 30 to 40 million annual transactions as well as integration with other systems.
Solution
Creoal delivered a full-life-cycle implementation of Oracle Federal Financials. We developed a new solution architecture, meeting with several departments to validate the architecture and perform a fit/gap analysis. We also re-architected and updated feeder processes and systems.
